About the role

  • Lead “shift left” security initiatives
  • Design, implement, and review cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS services
  • Develop, test, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems
  • Collaborate with development teams for deployment and release
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and networking issues
  • Automate infrastructure management tasks with Ansible and Terraform
  • Manage AWS security through services such as Inspector, WAF, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, and Detective

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Proven proficiency in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)
  • Understand and actively contribute to network and cloud security
  • Hands-on experience in tools like AWS WAF, Inspector, and Security Hub
  • Experience managing AWS VPC networks, IAM policies, and roles
  • Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles
  • Experience in Jenkins and GitLab CI
  • Proficient in configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
