About the role
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Arrange daily healthy lunch, fresh juices & fruit
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance
- Organize company events, meetings & travel
- Handle calls, mail and general office enquiries
- Support HR administration, onboarding/offboarding & employee records
- Prepare HR documents, reports and monthly payroll input
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in office management or HR support
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Communicate clearly in English
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Handle confidential information with care
- Can work on-site in Amsterdam every day
- Nice to have: Dutch language skills, experience with HR systems (HiBob/NMBRS), event planning, facilities, and working in an international environment
