About the role

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Arrange daily healthy lunch, fresh juices & fruit
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance
  • Organize company events, meetings & travel
  • Handle calls, mail and general office enquiries
  • Support HR administration, onboarding/offboarding & employee records
  • Prepare HR documents, reports and monthly payroll input

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in office management or HR support
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Handle confidential information with care
  • Can work on-site in Amsterdam every day
  • Nice to have: Dutch language skills, experience with HR systems (HiBob/NMBRS), event planning, facilities, and working in an international environment
