About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain web applications using the technologies adopted by the company.
Use generative AI tools to accelerate the software development cycle.
Create and refine prompts for code generation, testing, documentation, and automations.
Review, validate, and improve code produced by AI tools.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI agents.
Contribute to defining best practices for AI-assisted development.
Develop automated tests and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
Produce technical documentation using AI resources when appropriate.
Share knowledge and train the rest of the team in efficient use of AI tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in web application development.
Proficiency in at least one modern language (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar).
Knowledge of REST APIs.
Experience with relational databases.
Familiarity with Git.
