About the role

  • You guide software teams on their journey to agile, self-organized ways of working
  • You promote and represent a holistic view of software development that integrates product management, technical excellence and the user perspective
  • You help teams establish a structured working approach and then empower them to run it independently
  • You act as a sparring partner for the Product Owner (PO)
  • You foster open and transparent communication within and between teams
  • You analyze business and structural contexts and derive concrete recommendations for teams and the organization
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile processes and collaboration formats
  • You support and shape company-wide change initiatives
  • You design and facilitate workshops, retrospectives and planning sessions — within teams or across teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, preferably in software development
  • You can explain not only what the books say but also why those practices exist
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban: estimation, cross-functionality, collaboration, story slicing and prioritization are well understood by you
  • Experience in workshop design and facilitation
  • You work pragmatically and impact‑oriented rather than dogmatically
  • Strong communication skills across developers, Product Owners and leadership
  • A systemic approach is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of product management is a plus
  • Willingness and availability to travel to Hannover at least once a month
