About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the revenue generated by the Melhor Envio operation within Tray's merchant base;
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue metrics;
  • Identify growth opportunities within the active client base and propose strategies to capture them;
  • Manage relationships with merchants who already use Melhor Envio;
  • Actively engage merchants who are not yet using the tool;
  • Serve as the operational and strategic bridge between Tray and Melhor Envio;
  • Build the operation playbook: how to prospect, how to retain, how to measure, how to scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce, B2B SaaS, marketplace operations, or logistics — with at least one role in Sales or Partnerships;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Experience in a platform environment (merchant, seller, or channel partner);
  • Conduct commercial and relationship conversations with assigned clients;
  • Read and work with data — analyze reports and identify challenges and opportunities;
  • Structure and implement sales processes autonomously with technical expertise;
  • Hands-on: prefers doing, not just coordinating;
  • Strong cross-functional communicator: facilitates exchanges between departments while preserving objectives and alignment;
  • Pragmatic: focus on established processes that directly impact revenue and maintain service quality;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
