About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-End Cycle: Lead the design process holistically, integrating product solutions with a strategic service vision.
Strategy and Business: Align user needs with business objectives, using design as a tool for growth and retention.
Design Systems: Actively contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our Design System, ensuring consistency at scale.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to enable viable and innovative solutions.
Prototyping and Delivery: Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma and Miro.
Data-driven Culture: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, conducting usability tests, A/B tests, and behavior analysis.
Documentation: Structure processes, workflows, and standards that guide the team and ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Design Thinking and user research/analysis methods.
Proficiency in Information Architecture and prototyping tools.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Clarity and Google Analytics.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or hosting markets.
Basic front-end knowledge and understanding of web components.
