About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Master Data Entry: Perform detailed entry of supplier master data into the ERP, ensuring fiscal and banking information is 100% accurate.
- Data Cleansing: Monitor and ensure the active supplier database remains fully compliant. Lead projects to clean, enrich, and deduplicate legacy data.
- Strategic Approval: Manage the supplier onboarding flow, conducting critical analyses of compliance, financial health, certifications (ISO, ESG) and reputational risks. Operate external onboarding platforms.
- Regulations Management: Ensure all approval processes are strictly aligned with LGPD and the company’s anti-corruption policies.
- Audit Support: Act as focal point for internal and external audits regarding registration controls.
- Process Intelligence: Prepare risk exposure reports and analyses of supplier base performance to support decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or other management-related fields).
- Analytical Profile & Volume Management: Ability to manage high workloads with tight schedules, maintaining attention to detail and focus.
- Adaptability: Open to new demands and process changes, showing proactivity to take on new responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Process Awareness: Ability to understand the impact of incorrect supplier data downstream (payments and taxes).
- Assertive Communication: Skill to interact professionally and effectively with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) routines.
- Excel: Advanced level for spreadsheet control and scheduling.
- Exponential Thinking: Interest and aptitude for adopting new AI technologies to transform manual processes into intelligent digital workflows.
- Critical Judgment: Ability to discern when a supplier requires a complex versus simplified approval, optimizing process time.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to negotiate deadlines and enforce compliance with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ethics and Compliance: Understanding that each data entry directly impacts the company’s financial security.
- Previous experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) is preferred.
