About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain governance of the company's primary revenue KPIs
Ensure consistency in metric definitions used across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Build and maintain executive reports and strategic dashboards in Looker and HubSpot
Structure recurring revenue performance analyses
Support leadership in interpreting metrics and growth trends
Consolidate metrics from different teams into an integrated revenue view
Document metric definitions and calculation methodologies
Identify data inconsistencies or discrepancies and work with the Systems team to resolve them
Assist in prioritizing strategic analyses requested by leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical thinking
Ability to structure and break down complex problems
Clear communication with executive leadership
Attention to detail and data consistency
Strong organizational and analytical discipline
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong experience in business data analysis
Experience building dashboards and executive reports
Experience structuring business metrics and performance indicators
Advanced Sheets/Excel skills
Analytical modeling capability
Experience working with CRM and operational data (HubSpot is a plus)
Experience in B2B SaaS companies (plus)
Experience with recurring revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR) (plus)
Knowledge of SQL or database manipulation (plus)
Experience in RevOps, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or Performance teams (plus)
