About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of the regional account portfolio, ensuring retention, account health, and execution of a consultative plan.
- Develop and execute customized success plans for each account.
- Act in a consultative manner to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell).
- Analyze customers' critical performance metrics.
- Ensure a consistent on-site and consultative presence with clients in Rio de Janeiro.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B/Enterprise account management, with a demonstrated focus on financial results and retention.
- Strong command of revenue expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell) and a clear ability to identify opportunities to grow business within the existing base.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, with data analysis skills to turn numbers into actionable plans.
- Full availability for frequent on-site visits to clients in Rio de Janeiro.
- Solid understanding of customer success metrics and CRM tools (SenseData, Salesforce).
- Active driver's license (CNH).
