About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of the regional account portfolio, ensuring retention, account health, and execution of a consultative plan.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans for each account.
  • Act in a consultative manner to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Analyze customers' critical performance metrics.
  • Ensure a consistent on-site and consultative presence with clients in Rio de Janeiro.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B/Enterprise account management, with a demonstrated focus on financial results and retention.
  • Strong command of revenue expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell) and a clear ability to identify opportunities to grow business within the existing base.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor, with data analysis skills to turn numbers into actionable plans.
  • Full availability for frequent on-site visits to clients in Rio de Janeiro.
  • Solid understanding of customer success metrics and CRM tools (SenseData, Salesforce).
  • Active driver's license (CNH).
