About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, a QA Analyst, Product Manager, SRE, and Security, developing solutions that delight our customers;
Participate in agile ceremonies with the team (follow-up, alignment, impediment removal, and planning);
Take part in building and configuring environments, pipelines, and migrations;
Monitor metrics and interpret them to assess team health and progress toward goals, proposing improvements where necessary throughout the process;
Contribute to defining and maintaining the squad's objectives;
Write code for features, work on bug fixes, and implement improvements to our products;
Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Programming language: Ruby
Experience with the Rails framework
Knowledge of dependency management
Object-Oriented Programming
SQL databases
Experience with unit testing
Git
Security best practices, testing, and software development practices
API consumption and development
Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Development of code with asynchronous processing
Experience with code review
