About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first-level incident support;
- Respond to and handle requests from customers and internal teams;
- Open PRBs (Problem Reports) for the responsible teams;
- Execute planned changes to maintain system stability;
- Monitor events to anticipate potential incidents in the environment;
- Improve team documentation;
- Provide support to service teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with server technologies such as Apache, Varnish, Nginx, and PHP-FPM;
- Knowledge of Windows web servers (IIS);
- Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases;
- Experience with backup tools;
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies;
- Skills in load balancing practices and monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana;
- Analytical skills to help identify recurring incidents and root causes;
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Gemini);
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- Availability to work 24/7, including weekends and nights/overnight shifts;
