About the role
- Conduct diagnostics and design Organizational Development (OD) solutions aligned with the company's strategy;
- Design solutions aligned with the employee experience and journey;
- Design strategies for entry-level programs, such as Trainee and Internship;
- Lead training activities and classroom facilitation across the ecosystem's brands;
- Monitor OD metrics and propose data-driven improvement actions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, active listening, and influencing skills;
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability;
- Collaborative and constructive working style;
- Focus on sustainable people development;
- Systems thinking and the ability to mobilize diverse stakeholders;
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to build data-driven proposals with storytelling;
- Solid experience in Organizational Development (in medium or large companies);
- Postgraduate degree in Human Development or related fields (preferred).
