About the role

  • Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients, explaining the implementation process and ensuring all expectations are aligned;
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, especially Sales, Onboarding/Risk, Customer Success/Expansion, and Product;
  • Understand the specifics of the client's business model to implement Vindi correctly;
  • Perform platform configurations;
  • Prepare documentation (technical and business) to guide clients throughout the implementation process;
  • Provide technical support for integrations via REST API or modules and plugins;
  • Deliver customized platform training;
  • Monitor and provide support throughout the entire implementation process up to the client’s first sales.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of business scenarios and customer profiles;
  • Organized and able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously;
  • Systems thinking;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to lead meetings and deliver training;
  • Knowledge of REST APIs;
  • Experience with SaaS solutions;
  • Experience with payment solutions;
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies;
  • Understanding of programming logic.
