About the role

  • Participate in product workflows and collaborate with Product Managers, the leadership team (LTs), and developers;
  • Map user journeys and processes;
  • Read and leverage product data and metrics;
  • Translate ideas and insights into actionable designs in collaboration with other teams;
  • Provide visibility and drive business impact;
  • Engage in routines and dynamics with the cross-functional design team.

Requirements

  • Navigate and interpret data and business impact;
  • Communicate effectively as the interlocutor for multiple stakeholders;
  • Advocate for user experience and users' needs;
  • Previous experience with financial products (gateway/payments/banking);
  • Previous experience with e-commerce platforms;
  • Experience testing and integrating AI tools into workflows;
  • Experience working with regulatory requirements (Bacen - Brazilian Central Bank);
  • Basic API literacy.
