About the role

  • Structure and monitor acquisition funnels (from impression to sale);
  • Analyze metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate;
  • Create and organize test plans (creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages);
  • Collaborate with copy and design teams to develop conversion-oriented creatives;
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance with a clear view of revenue impact;
  • Build organized reports and dashboards;
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements;
  • Design campaigns using direct response logic (offer, promise, proof, strong CTA).
