About the role

  • Develop the unified product vision as the “Operating System for Online Retail,” connecting critical endpoints: Sales → Inventory → Taxation → Shipping.
  • Design and lead the strategic plan for the area to maximize operational efficiency: transform manual processes into automated flows (e.g., automated picking, batch NFe issuance, label printing).
  • Monitor digital retail trends (e.g., Fulfillment, Dropshipping, Cross-docking, Omnichannel) to anticipate needs and keep Bling ahead of the market.
  • Create value strategies based on customer maturity, identifying monetization opportunities through add-on services.
  • Lead the Core Product roadmap, prioritizing features that reduce operational friction and increase customers’ selling capacity.
  • Orchestrate the product development process, covering discovery, delivery and post-launch.
  • Map and optimize critical journeys: Multichannel Order Management, Real-Time Inventory Synchronization (High Availability), Fast Shipping and Reverse Logistics.
  • Drive product success metrics (KPIs): Integration Adoption: increase the average number of sales channels connected per user; Operational Retention: make Bling indispensable to daily operations; Efficiency: reduce customers’ average order processing time.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers (PMs), ensuring strategic alignment and career development.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and autonomous environment, working closely with Engineering and Design.
  • Serve as a product ambassador with major ecosystem partners (Marketplaces and Logtechs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital product management, with work in SaaS, ERPs, E-commerce or Integration Hubs.
  • Strong product sense: a keen instinct for product, able to intuit and validate what truly creates customer value, clearly distinguishing “features” from “efficient solutions.”
  • Deep knowledge of Online Retail: solid understanding of Marketplace rules (SLA, Buy Box), integration APIs, logistics (postal services/carriers) and back-office operations (ERP/WMS).
  • People management: prior experience leading and developing other Product Managers.
  • Hands-on profile: leadership that, while strategic, is ready to roll up sleeves, dive into details and unblock complex issues with the team when needed.
  • Data intelligence: advanced analytical ability to translate transactional and behavioral data into business strategy (data-driven).
  • Stakeholder management: ability to negotiate priorities and communicate technical/business vision across different organizational levels.
  • Desirable: Discovery methodologies: practical knowledge and application of discovery frameworks, specifically Jobs to be Done (JTBD), focusing on the progress the user wants to achieve.
  • Technical background: prior experience in software engineering or deep understanding of system architecture and APIs.
  • Tax compliance knowledge: experience with NFe issuance rules and the complexity of Brazilian taxation.
