About the role

  • Build and evolve the FinOps Data Lake, integrating Cost and Usage Report (CUR) data from multiple AWS accounts and other providers;
  • Create dashboards and executive-level analyses in Amazon QuickSight or other data visualization tools, providing a consolidated view of cost, revenue and budget;
  • Design and maintain cost allocation rules (showback/chargeback) by business unit (BU), environment and corporate group;
  • Support technical teams in identifying cost optimization opportunities;
  • Act as a bridge between Engineering and Finance, translating technical metrics into financial impacts for the executive team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Data Science or related fields;
  • Experience with FinOps, FP&A or cloud cost management (AWS);
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (QuickSight, Power BI);
  • Knowledge of Athena, S3 and CUR;
  • Understanding of budgeting, budget variance (BGT) and financial metrics.
