About the role

  • Strategic Implementation Management: Lead the lifecycle of high-complexity store implementations, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring the platform setup is fully aligned with the client's strategic objectives for go-live.
  • Stakeholder and Partner Management: Act as the focal point between the end client and implementation agencies, mediating conflicts, aligning high-level expectations, and ensuring the technical quality of deliveries.
  • Project Governance: Monitor critical schedules, identify risks proactively, and ensure implementation milestones are met with technical rigor.
  • Scope and Solution Definition: Create and validate technical/functional scope documents, ensuring integrations (ERPs, payment gateways, logistics) and customizations are viable and performant.
  • Technical Mentorship: Support internal teams and external partners in resolving complex issues during the setup phase, promoting platform best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technology-related field.
  • Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Project Analyst, Product Owner (PO), or similar positions within digital marketing agencies, e-commerce platforms, or e-commerce-related areas.
  • Proven experience with e-commerce projects.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to act as a "Problem Solver," handling system integrations and complex data flows during store setup, and working collaboratively and effectively within a team.
  • Executive Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report project status and lead alignment meetings with directors and managers.
  • Process-oriented: Strong process skills and exceptional organization to manage multiple timelines and simultaneous QA/homologation processes.
