About the role

  • Periodically monitor the customer's performance with the acquired solution;
  • Conduct product demonstrations;
  • Track and monitor all stages of the customer journey;
  • Anticipate potential issues and questions;
  • Address churn risks and intervene to prevent customer churn;
  • Apply customer relationship and commercial techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling;
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes based on customer feedback;
  • Support customers in defining goals and KPIs related to solution usage;
  • Prepare monitoring reports and present periodic results to the customer;

Requirements

  • Data and metrics analysis (Health Score, product usage);
  • Willingness to develop basic proficiency in CSM/CRM tools (CustomerX/Notion);
  • Basic knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques;
  • Consultative communication for strategic meetings;
  • Sense of ownership;
  • Clear, assertive communication and empathy;
  • Systemic/strategic thinking;
  • Proactivity and planning skills;
  • General knowledge of the Bling ERP;
