About the role

  • Analyze, review, and approve expense reports and reimbursements;
  • Guide employees on internal expense and travel policies, and provide support in using the expense reporting system (submissions, corrections, outstanding items, and queries);
  • Assist employees from different departments and hierarchical levels, answering questions and ensuring alignment with internal processes;
  • Monitor limits, adjustments, requests, and communications with the bank related to corporate cards;
  • Perform corporate expense reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounting and Accounts Payable teams;
  • Support Accounting in expense accrual processes by providing information, reports, and analyses for financial period closing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Analytical profile with attention to detail, organization, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills;
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
