About the role

  • Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions using monitoring, tracing, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
  • Define and standardize metrics, logs, and traces to ensure consistent and meaningful data collection across the environment.
  • Develop dashboards and actionable alerts that provide clear insights into environment health and help detect anomalies early.
  • Provide teams with tools and support to assist in incident resolution and root-cause identification.
  • Optimize the performance of observability tools, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Comfortable working in a team / good interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems;
  • Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible;
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.);
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, Go, etc.);
  • Basic understanding of network concepts (switches, firewalls, etc.);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly;
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) (Desired);
  • Solid experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.) (Desired);
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and containers (Docker, Kubernetes) (Desired);
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.) (Desired);
  • Grafana Loki, Grafana Mimir, and Grafana Tempo (Desired)
