About the role

  • Strategic Content Creation: Assist in the ideation and execution of content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • New Merchant Acquisition: Produce conversion-focused content that highlights Bagy’s differentiators to attract new merchants and help the team meet targets.
  • Strategy and Trends: Monitor trends and high-performing formats to adapt them to our context and capture qualified attention.
  • Relationship and Retention: Create content that speaks the merchants’ language, helping them master the platform and succeed in sales.
  • Performance Analysis and Targets: Track metrics, identify challenges and growth opportunities, and maintain a constant focus on team results.

Requirements

  • Content Marketing for Sales: Ability to use content as a tool for attraction and conversion.
  • Heavy User of Social Media and YouTube: Deep familiarity with native platform languages and what retains audiences on each channel.
  • Strong Writing and Scripting: Ability to create clear, persuasive and dynamic copy and scripts.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Basic understanding of social media metrics and comfort working with target-driven objectives.
  • Prior experience in content/e-commerce and confidence on camera.
