About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end design cycle: from problem discovery (Discovery) through to implementation support (handoff and QA).
  • Facilitate Discovery processes: conduct research, interviews, and usability tests to validate hypotheses and reduce uncertainty.
  • Strategic design: contribute to defining OKRs and the roadmap, ensuring user experience is a core pillar of decision-making.
  • Prototyping and iteration: create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that resolve complex problems with simple solutions.
  • Assist in solution planning by aligning user needs with business objectives.
  • Identify problems and propose viable product solutions.
  • Design and build interactive prototypes for improvements and new features.
  • Oversee project and feature execution from beginning to end.
  • Plan and conduct user research.
  • Make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain frequent interactions with colleagues across departments to enable continuous information exchange.

Requirements

  • Previous professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative interviews and usability tests.
  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
  • Strong command of design techniques and methodologies.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Information Architecture, Usability, and Interaction Design.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce and online stores.
  • Some experience as a Content Designer is a plus.
