About the role

  • Product Management: Monitor the evolution of our onboarding product and, through established processes, analyze results and identify new opportunities for improvement, aiming to continuously deliver customer value;
  • Product Improvements: Drive the product's continuous improvement process by gathering requirements and breaking down metrics, presenting findings to the engineering team to ensure product evolution, functionality, and customer satisfaction;
  • Backlog: Prepare backlog documentation for the engineering team, detailing the specifics of activities to be developed for the product, following established processes and flows to track product progress;
  • Metrics Definition: Define the metrics for the products under your responsibility through alignment meetings to understand monitoring needs;
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct product risk assessments in collaboration with responsible areas, support simulations and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Experience with onboarding at payment or financial institutions is desirable;
  • Knowledge of product metrics and KPIs;
  • Familiarity with agile tools and methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Analytical and proactive profile with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and collaborate across multiple teams and simultaneous demands.
