About the role
- The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team is responsible for systematic analysis of our business to ensure the best decisions are made, with a focus on growth and value creation.
- Preparing and updating financial projections
- Preparing and analyzing scenarios by cross-referencing different assumptions and hypotheses
- Creating budgets and long-term models
- Updating and analyzing both financial and business KPIs
- Supporting stakeholder relationship management and engagement
- Preparing and supporting executive presentations and financial reconciliations
- Supporting expense control across Wake's various departments
- Supporting OTC and billing operations, aligning stakeholders from business areas and the back office
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience preparing executive presentations (PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and curious
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.)
- Experience building zero-based budgets
- Experience leading executive meetings
- Experience managing by KPIs
