About the role
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous evolution (discovery, delivery, maintenance and improvements);
- Understand business and user needs, translating requests into clear, prioritized, value-driven functional requirements;
- Lead initiatives to adapt the ERP to changes and innovations, ensuring integration with banks, bank reconciliations, connectivity and the module's ecosystem evolution;
- Collaborate with technical, design and marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment, priority definition and accurate deliveries;
- Monitor product and business KPIs, propose improvements and track results (adoption, usage, efficiency, quality, NPS/reduction of friction);
- Support the development team in defining scope, building/managing the roadmap and prioritizing features;
- Run agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews), ensuring team engagement and stakeholder alignment;
- Maintain the backlog with well-written stories, clear acceptance criteria, aligned dependencies and a short/mid-term vision;
- Serve as a point of reference for product decisions in the financial domain, balancing user experience, data quality, technical feasibility and impact;
- Use AI tools regularly to support product activities, such as: analysis and synthesis of feedback, support in discovery (scripts/hypotheses), writing and improving stories/requirements, data/insights exploration and generation of solution alternatives — always applying critical judgment and human validation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in ERP solutions;
- Strong knowledge of financial processes (accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, reconciliation, banking, etc.);
- Analytical skills and product mindset (prioritization, trade-offs, data literacy, impact assessment);
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (tech, design, product, data);
- Excellent verbal and written communication (clarity, concision, negotiation and influence);
- Ability to structure functional requirements, align scope and drive deliveries with cadence.
- Differentials:
- Previous experience in the SaaS or fintech market;
- Technical knowledge of financial APIs or payment methods;
- Familiarity with the JTBD (Job To Be Done) methodology;
- Experience integrating ERPs with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces;
- Experience working on products involving AI (e.g., intelligent automations, copilots, transaction classification, inconsistency detection, recommendations, internal assistants), even in incremental scopes;
- Product certifications (PM3, Tera courses, CSPO, etc.).
