About the role
- Provide remote support to system users;
- Receive, analyze, and follow up on tickets through the internal ticketing tool;
- Handle support requests related to POS or ERP systems;
- Manage support via chat, WhatsApp, and phone calls;
- Assist with user questions and system configurations;
- Support requests related to peripheral devices;
- Maintain the system by keeping information up to date.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP and POS systems;
- Certifications in technology/IT;
- Knowledge of TEF (electronic payment integration) and fiscal invoices (Notas Fiscais / NF-e);
- Currently studying or graduated in IT or a related field.
