About the role
- Manage the complete termination process, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in calculations;
- Perform detailed analyses of labor-related charges, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation;
- Support administration of electronic timekeeping and the time-bank (compensatory hours) system;
- Carry out activities related to onboarding and vacation processing, following established guidelines and procedures;
- Keep employee records and databases up to date;
- Support submission and verification of information in eSocial;
- Organize documents and support audits and internal requests for the area;
- Assist in the calculation and consolidation of the area's operational indicators.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at a basic to intermediate level;
- Basic analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
- Organized work approach with effective task and deadline management;
- Ability to work well in a team with a collaborative attitude and good communication skills;
- Results-driven, proactive attitude with a strong interest in continuous learning and development;
- Experience participating in process improvement projects or initiatives, even at an introductory level;
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting or BI tools.
