About the role
- Support the Customer Success (CS) team with operational routines, ensuring our processes run efficiently.
- Assist with updating and organizing customer data in our CRM.
- Help monitor customer health metrics (Health Score).
- Handle first contact or triage for simple customer requests via phone, chat, or email.
- Participate in training on the Octadesk platform and Customer Success methodologies.
- Help organize onboarding (welcome) materials for new customers.
- Support the revenue team with requests as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed high school.
- Good written and verbal communication (you will speak with the team and, occasionally, with customers).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Comfort with and interest in technology and the internet.
