About the role

  • Support the Customer Success (CS) team with operational routines, ensuring our processes run efficiently.
  • Assist with updating and organizing customer data in our CRM.
  • Help monitor customer health metrics (Health Score).
  • Handle first contact or triage for simple customer requests via phone, chat, or email.
  • Participate in training on the Octadesk platform and Customer Success methodologies.
  • Help organize onboarding (welcome) materials for new customers.
  • Support the revenue team with requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed high school.
  • Good written and verbal communication (you will speak with the team and, occasionally, with customers).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Comfort with and interest in technology and the internet.
