About the role
- Provide technical support to customers, guiding them on platform configurations and functionalities.
- Technically analyze potential issues with features, platform resource configurations, or integrations with third parties.
- Assist merchants in resolving challenges related to the delivery of their shipments.
- Ensure the quality of technical support provided and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university program.
- Experience in customer service, particularly digital/online support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.

- Able to multitask and highly organized.
