About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in growth and social media
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
  • Exposure to a CRM/lifecycle tool (CleverTap or similar)
  • Data-driven: you look at performance, not just vibes, and let it shape what you create next
  • Deep, current fluency in Brazilian social media — trends, creators, viral formats, what makes an ad actually land
  • A sharp creative eye paired with a proactive, end-to-end ownership mindset
  • Native/fluent Portuguese; comfortable working in English.
