About the role

  • Perform manual testing to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Design, execute, and maintain automated tests using Selenium and TypeScript
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
  • Validate and test RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with the development team
  • Promote best testing practices and continuously improve QA processes
  • Ensure high software quality standards throughout all project phases

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience in manual and automated testing in a commercial environment
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation
  • Solid knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
  • Practical experience testing APIs using Postman
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
