About the role

  • The Cybersecurity Manager as a Blue Team Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the cyber defense operation runs effectively, continuously, and in a results-driven manner.
  • This is a hands-on leader who makes things happen, leads by example, and works directly to protect client environments.
  • Deep technical capability, operational vision, and practical leadership, serving as both a technical and behavioral reference for the team.
  • Action-oriented professional who solves problems and does not rely solely on escalation.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in SOC / Blue Team roles
  • Proven experience in an MSSP environment (strongly preferred)
  • Operational Environment with 24x7 operations, multiple clients, strict SLAs, simultaneous incidents
  • Strong experience in incident response, threat investigation, and analysis.
  • Strong expertise in SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and security automation (preferably Rapid7).
  • Ability to lead technical teams with authority based on knowledge and example.
  • Clear, objective, and confident communication, including during crisis situations (English is mandatory).
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong ownership of the operation (strong SLA control).
