About the role

  • Participate in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and rollouts
  • Configure, support, and maintain SAP Payroll solutions
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM / SF Payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end payroll processes
  • Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Provide guidance and best practices for payroll and HR process optimization
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company standards
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating accountability and ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Extensive experience in SAP Payroll implementations
  • Consultant profile with a proactive attitude, strong soft skills, and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (advanced level).
