About the role

  • Design, implement, and evolve Business Intelligence solutions;
  • Ingest, process, and analyze data from multiple data sources using BI tools, preferably Power BI;
  • Develop dashboards and reports that support business decision-making;
  • Perform data collection, transformation, and modeling to ensure data quality and consistency;
  • Test and validate data pipelines to ensure robustness, reliability, and data security;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional data teams, working across backend and frontend contexts;
  • Support continuous improvement of BI and reporting solutions;
  • Document solutions and contribute to best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience specifying, implementing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, especially Power BI
  • Experience ingesting and analyzing data from diverse data sources
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of data collection, transformation, and visualization processes, from raw data to dashboards
  • Experience testing and validating data pipelines to ensure data quality and security
  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory); proficiency in spoken and written English.
