About the role

  • Lead the infrastructure team
  • Manage hybrid environment setups (on-prem + Azure/AWS)
  • Oversee virtualization, networking, and security tasks
  • Implement automation for operations
  • Coordinate technology projects within PMOs
  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines

Requirements

  • +7 years of experience in infrastructure
  • 3+ years in technical leadership and architecture roles
  • Background as a SysAdmin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer
  • Relevant experience in technology project management or coordination within PMOs
  • Hybrid environment architecture (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS)
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, security, and storage
  • Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup, and monitoring
  • Automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python (ideally Ansible or Terraform)
  • Storage and backup solutions (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.)
  • Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls)
  • Experience in team management or technical mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • English level B2 or higher (technical documentation and meetings)
  • Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, Veeam VMCE
  • Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
