About the role

  • Develop innovative insights and solutions for clients, adapting approaches to meet project needs and leveraging HR Technology expertise to deliver tailored analysis, recommendations, and project deliverables.
  • Lead and manage HR Transformation projects across sectors, enhancing change experiences and ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central, including conducting workshops, documenting functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations while staying updated on SuccessFactors releases and recommending system improvements.

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.
  • +3 years of experience full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
  • Speak (read and write) in English is mandatory, Portuguese is a preferable order.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
