About the role

  • Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions and seamless integration into existing technology landscapes and HR processes
  • Conducting workshops for scoping, training, and release management, with a focus on best practices for time management processes
  • Leading transformation projects to digitalize and optimize time tracking and attendance management for our customers

Requirements

  • +5 years with experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module, including implementation and configuration
  • At least 3 implementations end to end
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, with focus on time management and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and environments
  • Speak (read and write) in English is mandatory, Portuguese is a preferable order
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications
