About the role
- Analyze and manage CRM and marketing data.
- Develop SQL queries and reports to support business decisions.
- Apply marketing concepts to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support BI initiatives and data visualization projects.
- Maintain and update databases as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Information Systems / Computer Science.
- +1 year of experience in Business Analyst roles.
- Experience with Databricks, Power BI and Jira.
- Knowledge in SAS and SQL (database).
- Understanding of marketing concepts (Quarantine, Saturation, Robinson Customer, Lift, OR, CTOR, Control Groups).
- Strong soft skills: autonomy, communication, and critical thinking.
