About the role
- Understand business area needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Lead the technical execution of AI projects, ensuring tangible outcomes.
- Guide a development team, including task assignment, code review, and implementing best practices.
- Design, develop, and integrate generative AI solutions such as chatbots, agentic systems, and decision-support models using LLMs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- +5 years of experience in generative AI, including chatbots, agentic systems, and LLM-based decision-support models.
- Strong technical leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
- Experience in defining tasks, reviewing code, and enforcing software development best practices.
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation.
