About the role
- Mentor and develop the Marketing & Sales team, set clear KPIs, and monitor results
- Plan and execute inbound/outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Optimize the lead journey, ensuring high-quality MQLs and SQLs
- Create and coordinate strategic materials such as eBooks, white papers, webinars, and landing pages
- Monitor metrics and performance, reporting actionable insights to maximize results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop presentations, case studies, and commercial proposals
- Act as the initial point of contact with potential clients, representing Crossjoin at sector meetings and events
- Participate in fairs, conferences, and strategic encounters, expanding the company's network and generating new business opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
- +10 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably in IT or technology consulting
- IT background is essential, with strong knowledge in DATA/AI
- Proven experience in team leadership, KPI setting, and results tracking
- Mastery of lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and conversion funnel optimization
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Analytics and AI applied to marketing
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
