About the role
- Competitive and technical benchmarking of architectures, solutions and market trends
- Analyse technical data, BOMs and specifications
- Understand trade-offs between performance, cost and industrialisation
- Collect and structure market and technology data
- Perform competitive and technical benchmarking
- Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
- Support early-stage decision-making and product strategy.
Requirements
- Engineering background
- Knowledge of powertrain systems, particularly in hybrid systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English
- Clear and good communication skills.
