About the role

  • Design and implement customized Dynamics 365 solutions (CE/CRM) that address business needs and optimize client operations.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Analyze and map business processes.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, etc.).
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
  • Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Experience customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms)
  • Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and combined use of the Power Platform
  • Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage independently with business stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level)
