About the role
- Design and implement customized Dynamics 365 solutions (CE/CRM) that address business needs and optimize client operations.
- Produce clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
- Analyze and map business processes.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, etc.).
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
- Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
- Experience customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms)
- Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and combined use of the Power Platform
- Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage independently with business stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level)
