About the role
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain scripts in Bash or Python to automate tasks and processes.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in application support within Linux environments.
- Experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
- Experience with scripting in Bash and/or Python.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
