About the role
- Managing technical operations and projects.
- Coordinating technical teams.
- Ensuring service delivery in international projects.
- Status reporting and monitoring SLAs.
- Client management, meetings, and first point of contact for issue triage.
- Management and coordination of tasks within the Competence Center.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or technical project management.
- Experience with multiple technology solutions (e.g., CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middleware).
- Jira and APM/log monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, NewRelic, Elasticsearch, Grafana/Kibana).
- Cloud operations experience (Azure/AWS).
- Java troubleshooting and database fundamentals.
