About the role
- Design, develop, document, and maintain functional and regression test plans for SAP modules
- Execute test cases across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, FI)
- Use HP ALM, UFT for test management; Tosca for automation
- Log and track defects; collaborate with developers and business analysts
- Follow up on defects to resolution; push for fixes
- Propose process improvements for testing
- Develop automated test scripts for regression and performance testing
- Use LoadRunner and QTP/UFT for performance testing
- Communicate status to stakeholders; participate in project reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in SAP QA or testing roles
- Proficiency in SAP modules and integration testing
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks
- At least 3 years hands on experience using Tricentis Tosca
- Knowledge of SQL, Unix scripting, and SAP GUI protocols
- Knowledge of Power BI and ADO is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong training and people skills
- Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments
