About the role

  • Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of the client's Salesforce environment.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain integrations with other systems.
  • Collaborate with client teams and internal technical resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain system documentation and support user training efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows.
  • Experience with integration tools and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Extensive expertise in some of the following areas: B2B and e-Commerce solutions, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Einstein and AI-driven analytics, MuleSoft Integration Suite and Integration Designer Platform (IDP).
