About the role
- Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
- Provide expert-level support for month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
- Prepare and review functional specifications for developments and interfaces
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
