About the role
- Lead and manage SAP projects with a strong focus on the O2C process, including Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Accounts Receivable
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
- Apply AGILE project management methodologies to drive efficient and flexible delivery
- Track and manage project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Oversee defect and blocker tracking, prioritization, and resolution
- Work closely with the Release Management team to plan and deploy initiatives
- Align with other project streams to manage cross-stream dependencies and integrated issues
- Define and agree on test scope, and configure SAP Solution Manager accordingly
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project governance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the SAP environment
- Strong functional SAP O2C background (Order Management, Deliveries, Billing, Accounts Receivable)
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AGILE methodologies
- Good working knowledge of JIRA for project and issue tracking
- Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge between technical teams and business users
- Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage
