About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to employees by answering questions and assisting with day-to-day requests
  • Support payroll processing by verifying calculations (salaries, overtime, deductions, etc.)
  • Perform timekeeping review and control, identifying and reporting inconsistencies
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including collection, verification and updating of documents
  • Organize, classify and upload documents to client portals, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met
  • Manage intern processes, from preparing contracts to administering benefits (e.g., life insurance), ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met
  • Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, among others)
  • Monitor and manage Occupational Health Certificates (pre-employment, periodic and termination exams)
  • Contribute to compliance with labor and social security obligations through reconciliations and reports
  • Support analysts and management in general HR/Payroll routines
  • Ensure processes are organized, deadlines are met and internal policies are followed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Familiarity with Personnel/Payroll routines such as payroll and timekeeping (academic or practical)
  • Proficiency with computer tools, especially Excel
  • Experience with HR management systems (payroll and electronic timekeeping)
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and responsibility in handling information
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT)
  • Familiarity with Brazil's Internship and Young Apprentice regulations
  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in medium-sized companies
  • Experience with payroll systems and electronic timekeeping
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and labor-related calculations.
